Choose your crew shifts.

Choose all the times you’re available, including overlapping registration, media and floater options. This helps us build the roster; you won’t be assigned to every option you select. Every volunteer will have a registration shift. Jerry, our crew lead, will get back to you with your schedule and meeting points. Crew app access follows confirmed assignments.

Prep on October 14 and 15 runs 9am–noon and noon–3pm. Select both blocks if you’re available for both. We’ll buy lunch for the prep crew.

We’ll provide a light blue staff T-shirt with a custom LAUNCH CREW design for the event. Choose your size below so we can have one ready for you.

Registration always needs at least two assigned people, with extra coverage in the morning. Arrive on time for your confirmed shifts and coordinate a handoff before taking a break or leaving your post.

Early crew needed: Friday at 6:30am. Registration opens at 8am. We need extra hands for the morning rush and desk coverage throughout the day. All times are Pacific.

Mandatory all-hands crew call

We’ll have one 30-minute staff call before the event to go through assignments, registration, handoffs and setup. Select every time you could attend, not just your favorite. Jerry will use everyone’s availability to confirm one call time and send the meeting link.
